I also want to include a personalized message when I send out an invoice like I can with a proposal. I also want to include my signature with my name, title, contact info email and number on all my messages. At this time I have to manually add it in.

Handoff's notifications are just texts and phone push notifications. I get hundreds of these a day. Sometimes I clear them by accident, or read and forget, or something is silenced and they don't ping. Missing a notification means I don't know that my homeowner viewed or approved something. It can put me in a bad spot. Help me not miss these!

In Terms &amp; Conditions you can load those but only one of your presets is can be applied in the proposal . If you can load more than one preset Terms &amp; Conditions you can modify the structure of those terms of you to multiple different projects like we do. I would like to be able to select more than one preset in the terms &amp; conditions section. Would also like a section before that for Option or Add Alternates that otherwise font add into the total of a project versus uploading a bunch of attachments which makes it more unprofessional.

I think also a good feature that could be added would be a schedule or a calendar somewhat. Something in there that has the start date of the project the end date of the project that way you’re able to stay a little bit more organized.

I would be able to consolidate one of my tools that we currently use if you were able to do something like that.

Handoff lets me track a proposal from draft to approved. That’s nice, but that’s only the first phases. I want to move my approved proposals to “job” statuses, like Scheduling, Purchasing, In Progress, Work Completed, Paid. Everyone’s status names are a little different. I’d like to manually move them between statuses. this lets me track several in progress jobs at a glance.

Cash flow is an extremely important part of my business. I expect Handoff to send a payment reminder on any unpaid invoice totals. This can resend the existing invoice link. They must get a notification that the payments is over due.

It’s important to see the complete history of my communication with the client. I use a tool called Copper CRM to sync my emails, calls, and texts to a client. This lets me see the full history. It protects us when project issues escalate.

Once I get a signed proposal, I know my budget. I want to track my actual costs against that estimated budget, so I know how profitable I was. I would want to track sub costs, materials, labor, travel, and more. Let me track these costs.
