Material selections, allowances and deadlines

I would love to be able to set materials as allowanced, but also list a specific product. Include a deadline for customers to change the material.

-For example, I could specify a specific floor tile to use as the allowance for a job.

-Then set a specific deadline for the customer to change that material (ideally this can be done through the schedule, so I could set a rule, 6 weeks before tile task is their deadline.)

-This way if they do not make a change by the deadline, the job can move forward with the original material.

Another nice feature would be to offer other selections the customer could choose from with the ability to specify markups for each independently(we may have a supplier that we can get a certain product well below regular pricing and mark that up much more than another product.)

Add in the ability to include an allowance summary table in proposals or as a separate document, so we can show a client a clear list of all allowanced materials and the cost they would have to spend at the store on those items(ie $1200 store cost for vanity, $4/sqft for tile, etc)
