Add an "on break" button to time tracking

We need an "on break" button in time tracking so my staff can take breaks without being forced to clock out of the job entirely. In our old system, they could pause time and resume, but right now they have to clock out completely and then clock back in when they return to the job. This creates friction and administrative overhead for both staff and management.

Having a simple pause/resume toggle would let crews step away for breaks, lunch, or quick errands while staying clocked into the same job, eliminating the need to re-select the job and deal with split time entries.
