Notify me when an employee forgets to clock back in from a break

When one of my crew takes a break and forgets to clock back in, I need to get notified so I can follow up in real time. Right now there's no way to know it happened until I'm reviewing timesheets — by then it's a headache to sort out.

I came from BusyBusy which would alert me when someone went on break and didn't return within a certain window. I need that same safety net in Handoff.

Ideally I'd set a max break duration (e.g. 30 minutes) and if someone hasn't clocked back in by then, I get a push notification on my phone so I can reach out to them directly.
