create template for client message, info on invoices, footers, documents. I do not like the pre filled in client message, I have to tell the chat agent to change it every time. I also want to include a personalized message when I send out an invoice like I can with a proposal. I also want to include my signature with my name, title, contact info email and number on all my messages. At this time I have to manually add it in.

    Make the initial client message more concise and less flowery.

    The estimate converted to the client was not that impressive. It spends too much time boring clients with the intro. I realize that could probably change but it was my 1st impression.

    Create a customized estimate template.

    Create a customizable template where the user can enter his rates and materials without asking the AI. Its like a preset but its located on the start screen before creating an estimate. By doing this feature, the user will just tap or click on his pre-defined template before asking the AI to add or remove.

    Customize Proposal Client Message with a Template

    Can you set up the client message and terms boxes can be a template in settings, that will populate with a template were we can add info. currently each time it keeps the last projects info.

    I want to have a couple of templates set up for contracts so I can include all the wording required by law and choose an appropriate template based on type of customer. For instance, I might have a template for direct customers and one for customers who are represented by a third-party. I like the idea of creating templates for everything. It should be easy to select the appropriate template - or better yet - the AI should be able to select the appropriate template based on some presets.
