Add Built-In LiDAR Room Measurement & Floor Plan Capture
I want built-in LiDAR/measurement tools so I can stop paying for separate software. I currently rely on tools like Magicplan and DocuSketch to capture room measurements, floor plans, and sketches because I don’t trust photo-based estimates alone for accuracy. If Handoff could do this natively, I’d replace those tools
I’d like to be able to open Handoff and launch my camera to scan rooms and capture dimensions and measurements, then convert those real places into 3D data
I currently use Polycam for measuring with LIDAR and it’s very handy and much quicker than measuring manually. Would be great to see Handoff offer this feature

take a look at the roomscan sdk for apple. should make this a very simple add for iphone and ipad
