Custom project statuses: Let me create my own.

Handoff lets me track a proposal from draft to approved. That’s nice, but that’s only the first phases. I want to move my approved proposals to “job” statuses, like Scheduling, Purchasing, In Progress, Work Completed, Paid. Everyone’s status names are a little different. I’d like to manually move them between statuses. this lets me track several in progress jobs at a glance.

    We're happy to share we have just launched a feature that allows Pro and Scale customers to customize their status board. You can now add new statuses, rename, reorder, or delete them.

    Custom dashboard phases

    Need to be able to change titles and organize the job stages on the dashboard

    This is a super big priority for us as we are weighing switching our system from Contractor Foreman augmented by Handoff to being fully Handoff but the inability to have a more granular breakdown of the workflow process with custom statuses is a HUGE holdup for us. I really wish this would be prioritized especially since I cannot fathom it being very complex a feature to implement and release.

    Project Buckets

    I would appreciate the ability to customize and manage project status categories to better align with my business workflow. Being able to hide or remove unused default options would help streamline the interface and eliminate the need to sort through irrelevant project buckets.

    Ability to manually change status is a must have. So annoying that we can’t do this already
