Notify the Handoff user that a proposal has not been approved by their customer after "x" days. Also, include an option to send reminders to their customers.

Even better, can Handoff add functionality that auto-reminds customers about their proposals if they haven’t been opened after so many days? Multiple reminders (like 3) would be better than just one too!

Reminder for unopened/unaccepted proposals
Would like to be notified or sent a reminder on unopened or unaccepted proposals. Have had a couple of these and forgot to follow up.
