Relabel the "Client Message" section

It's a little awkward to have "client message "in the proposal, I would never put that header on a message to my client. I would retitle that section as "Notes" or "Details", or let me remove the label altogether.

    Hi Handoff Users, just cleaning up our feature request board. We removed the label “Client Message” on the external client-facing proposal. We received feedback that that label name was confusing. It’s gone now. You’ll see it marked Client Message only in your internal facing view. Thanks! -Justin

    Make the words "Client Message" dissapear

    Once you delete the client message you still have this two words there in the proposal

    Another user pointed out if we could have the option to remove the “For” and “Client Message” when sending proposals to clients.
