UOMs / Units - Let me change an item's unit of measurement manually.

When I manually edit an item, I'm not able to change the units. It looks like the units are just part of the name, but I can't change them. I can only change name, quantity, and cost.

This is confusing. Sometimes I need to change the units. Maybe I want to change $/HRS to $/SF, or change from $/CY of concrete to $/SF of Concrete. I can only do that with the AI right now.
