Track Actual vs Budget

It would be nice if a feature (column) were added that we could enter the actual cost of an item that was in the estimate then it would calculate plus or minus where you are at with each phase of the job money wise. Even if that feature wasn't added, it would be nice to be able to print the estimate (not proposal) as it laid out on the screen so we can see our cost before mark-ups. Currently I am making a duplicate copy and deleting the mark up so I can track it that way.
