Time Tracking: Let crews clock in & out of projects, and code their time.

To track budgets vs actual, I need to know my actual labor costs. The only way I know those is by tracking hours and thus labor costs per project. I need my crew to log these hours themselves, daily. I should then be able to compared hours estimated vs hours actually worked (BvA).
