Time Tracking: Allow logging Vacation, Sick Time, and Holiday hours

We need the ability for employees to log paid time off by type directly in Time Tracking — specifically Vacation, Sick Time, and Holiday. We pay employees for these types of time off and currently there is no way to record them in the system. This makes it impossible to get accurate weekly payroll data from Time Tracking alone.
