Time Tracking: Add overtime (OT) pay rates for workers

In Time Tracking, I need to set an overtime (OT) rate for my workers so hours past the regular threshold are costed at the OT pay rate instead of the standard hourly rate.

Without OT rates, my labor costs and payroll numbers come out too low.
