The bot tells me things can be done that end up not being able to be done

I’m finding that when I make requests such as standardizing certain things or boiler plating items into estimates as standard, they can’t actually be accomplished. But the bot tells me that they can be accomplished, which is frustrating and time wasting when we find ourselves having to double check after those things were omitted on the next estimate.

I’d like to see the bot be more up to speed on what can it can’t be accomplished so that we don’t have to pose every single question to engineering or a success coach.
