Templates: Add them to Create dropdown

If I create a template, it should be included in the Create dropdown menu. That way, I’d be able to enter something like Create > MyCustomContract rather than having to type in an AI prompt telling it to run the MyCustomContract template (which includes instructions to create a new document based on a template I’ve provided).
