Support Polycam and Moasure integrations

Contractors are already using external field-measurement and floor-plan tools, then manually carrying the results into Handoff. Support integrations or a structured import workflow for Polycam and Moasure measurements, scans, and floor plans so they can be used to create or improve estimates without re-entering the project data.
