Subs vs Self-perform Labor

I would like to be able to easily identify what trades are being performed by subs and what will be performed by my crew. This could be an on/off toggle in settings. So when On… I then have a toggle or checkbox at the estimate level - either by line or category - that I could indicate who is doing this specific task/trade. Depending on the job size or how busy we are, for some trades I might sub it out or might self-perform. Example: painting or tile.

Then on the Breakdown be able to adjust the markup for subs differently from my crew. So… materials, subs, other and self-perform (or another suitable name). This allows me to have a preset billable rate fo labor and easily adjust it depending on margin goals, site conditions, etc.
