Store Client's Payment Method

If Handoff could allow users to store a client’s payment method in the system, then this would provide Handoff users much more control over payment draws throughout a project.

This makes things easier for the clients as well if they can add their payment method just once as opposed to sending them an invoice and waiting on them to submit the payment every time.
