Stop follow-up reminders once a client approves a proposal

Follow-up reminders stop for a proposal once that proposal is approved. But if a client has more than one proposal, reminders keep going out on the others after they’ve said yes to one. Clients get texts about a job they’ve already decided on.

Reminders also keep going after you’ve already reached the client yourself by phone or text, and the only way to stop them is to open each proposal and pause it.

We’d like to make this smarter:

• When a client approves a proposal, you can choose to stop reminders on that client’s other open proposals.
• A quick way to pause all reminders for a client in one tap, for example after you’ve booked a follow-up with them.
• A clear on/off for reminders on each proposal when you send it, so one choice doesn’t change the setting for every proposal.
