Standard Language Blocks & Clause Library

Request: Add a reusable clause library that I can drop into proposals — things like:

• Permit disclaimer clause (work will be performed under required permits and inspections; durations depend on municipal review)
• Condo compliance clause (no work starts until contractor package is approved, deposits are posted, and permits are issued)
• VE decision clause (VE options are not included unless explicitly marked "Accepted by Owner" and signed)

Each clause should be taggable (e.g., "Condo high-rise – Miami Beach", "Residential – no condo") and auto-fill with the building name and relevant details.
