My clients have varying finish needs. Some clients need high end finishes for their forever home. Others want budget grade finishes for a quick flip on a house investment. Some property managers need budget grade replacements for plumbing fixtures.

>> I'd prefer a way to specify my entire project to be a certain grade. I don't want to tell the AI every time. I may forget to tell it, and then my prices look inaccurate.

Generally it's all nice finishes, or it isn't. It's not mix and match.

Also, I'd like to set a default. Most of my personal clients are actually high end jobs for forever homes, so I don't want to specify that every time.
