Set workers and subs by daily rate in time tracking (not hourly)

In time tracking, I need the ability to set my workers and subcontractors by a daily rate, not just by the hour. Many of my crew and subs work in full-day increments, and billing them hourly doesn't reflect how I actually pay them.

I want to be able to assign a daily rate to a worker or sub and have time tracking calculate costs based on days worked — not hours clocked. This would make labor cost tracking much more accurate for my business.
