Separate Plumbing into Rough-in Plumbing and Finish Plumbing. Same for Electrical

I need these separated out because in terms of schedule, that’s how the job gets built. rough-in plumbing starts after the house is framed & dried out. Then walls get closed up, most other finishes go in, and Finish plumbing fixtures get bought and installed later. I buy out these parts of the job separately. They should be separated, so they can match the sequence of work.
