Schedules

I love the Gantt chart available inside of the project schedule and would like the ability to have it show in blocks of time. For example, task 1 has 10 hours allotted with two employees completing the task. Work starts at 7:30am, so this should be completed by 12:30pm. The block would state Task 1 7:30am-12:30pm. Then knowing we schedule 10 hour days the next interdependent task will then directly pick up. For this example, it takes 50 hours. The next time block for the remainder of this day would read Task 2 12:30pm-6:00pm (Note: an option for lunch should be given to select. As this is non-work time that needs to reflect on the schedule if we are to be sharing this with the employee). So on and so forth. Then the Global Calendar view could layer these tasks for each project on the say day without having to breakdown to the hourly level, thus cluttering the calendar.

I would, also, like to get a team view Gantt Chart. Whether the employee does or doesn’t have a seat in the app. I want the ability to schedule them for project tasks and see their availability for future project tasks.

Also, I want to be able to look at tasks in the project view and readily see unassigned tasks, click the task on the Gantt, click to assign employees, and have it identify who is available.
