Sales Performance and Production Reporting Dashboard

I’d like to request a reporting feature that provides a clear monthly and yearly breakdown of company sales and production.

The dashboard should show:

• Total sales generated each month and year

• Which salesperson brought in each project

• Total contract value generated by each salesperson

• Number of contracts sold by each salesperson

• Average contract size by salesperson

• Total amount of work produced or completed

• Breakdown of projects by contract size, such as small, medium, and large contracts

• Ability to filter reports by salesperson, date range, project status, and contract value

• Comparison of sold contract value versus completed production value

It would also be helpful to include charts and exportable reports so business owners can easily track sales performance, production volume, and overall company growth.
