render.completed webhook for async rendering jobs

We already receive webhooks for proposal.approved, proposal.sent, invoice.paid, project.created, and contact.created. If rendering jobs become available through the API, we would like a render.completed webhook alongside those events, so our pipeline can pick up the finished image without polling.

It should carry the jobId and the resulting image reference, matching how the estimate generation flow reports completion.
