Provide template Terms and Conditions templates specific to a state

I live in Maryland, and my state has special terms and conditions different from others. I would like the terms to be accurate to my state and mention license, and to reflect the appropriate party requirements for each party. For instance, Maryland contractors are regulated by MHIC, and all homeowners know this. The terms should reference that governing body, to build homeowner trust.
