Proposal to Contract

Feature Requests

I have a fairly robust contract and would like to have it inserted as a template and then Handoff to fill it in with proper client/project information and electronically sign. I don’t think replacing my contract with a proposal is what I want to do. Would like to have another contract document with legal jargon and such.

    You should be able to setup a new copy of the proposal template with your contract. tell the AI to make a copy of the standard proposal template and Label it something like “customer contract”. Then put the standard text in it. then tell the AI what additional information you want it to add and where ie on the first page put the client contact information and project information.

    You can also have it change the format of the information. so you could have it include a summary table of customer costs by item, or by room etc. You can ask it to add a table showing all of the allowanced items in the proposal.

    You’ll need to test it, but it should still allow for the customer to sign and approve online.
