Prompt employees to confirm their time at clock-out and notify me if it's wrong

When my crew goes to clock out, I want them to be shown a prompt: "Does your time look right?" If they tap Yes, they clock out normally. If they tap No, I get an immediate notification so I can go in and correct it before anything gets submitted.

This is a feature I had in BusyBusy and it was a game-changer for payroll accuracy. It puts the verification on the employee in the moment — when they actually know if their hours are off — instead of me having to audit everything after the fact.

It also saves a ton of back-and-forth: instead of an employee texting me "hey my time is wrong," the app catches it at clock-out and loops me in automatically.
