Created an upgraded project dashboard concept for Handoff that adds real operational value to the project overview screen.

The revised dashboard includes:

• New left-side full navigation menu with Dashboard, Leads, Estimates, Projects, Schedule, Financials, Change Orders, Daily Logs, Files, Contacts, Procurement, Field, Reports, and AI Tools.

• Project header with status, assignee, location, activity, comments, and project progress percentage.

• Expanded project tabs: Overview, Estimates, Invoices, Schedule, Documents, Files, Daily Logs, Selections, Change Orders, and More.

• KPI cards showing:

  • Project value

  • Budget cost

  • Actual cost to date

  • Gross profit

  • Amount invoiced

  • Amount paid

• Financial overview graph tracking budget, actual cost, invoiced amount, and paid amount over time.

• Recent daily logs section with superintendent/foreman entries, weather, photos, and notes.

• Schedule progress chart showing completed, in-progress, upcoming, and not-started work.

• Budget vs actual table broken down by cost category with variance tracking.

• Project milestones section for key project dates.

• Open tasks panel with priority tags and assigned team members.

• Project photo strip at the bottom for quick visual job progress tracking.

• Overall layout kept the existing Handoff dark theme, green accents, rounded cards, and clean modern interface.

Main goal: turn the project dashboard from a basic overview into a true command center for financials, schedule, jobsite activity, tasks, and project visibility.
