Plan markup and Measuring.

The AI will take my pdf plans and grab takeoffs. It would be incredibly helpful if the AI could put markups on the plan so I can review where it is getting its takeoffs from.

ie hardwood floor areas show highlighted in brown, tile floor shows highlighted in a blue hatch, etc. That way without having to do any manual takeoffs I can visually confirm the AI has pulled the correct takeoffs.

And the ability to manually edit the takeoffs. And also add notes and shapes etc.

I find with other ai tools if they have trouble getting information from a plan, if I manually draw a few key markers they can then correctly get the information.

For example if it is trying to pull siding quantities from elevation drawings, maybe there are 2 different siding types and the AI is not seeing the difference, a single line added can be all that is needed for the AI.
