Payment Schedule

The payment schedule would be much more useful if it were more customizable. Example, being able to be more flexible with initial payment. Instead of a specific date, or upon signing, a choice to type out a personalized preference i.e. “Before work begins”. As a contractor might want to lock in a project without necessarily forcing the customer to pay immediately, if the project won’t begin immediately.
