Painting - default the estimate pricing to $/SF

Handoff breaks out the estimate labor into labor hours and $/HR, and materials in gallons of paint. I don’t really think this way. I do all my estimates in $/SF of the surface I’m painting. Some painters estimate in $/SF of the house (not the surface).
