Option to adjust labor hours based on your crew's efficiency

It seems to me like the AI comes up with way more hours than a project will typically take. I think it would be pretty awesome if we could choose the speed of the crew if we have above average or slower workers to where we could select the rate at your crew works. Not every crew works the same. Our guys typically work quicker than most so about 95% of the time I end up adjusting the labor hours your AI comes up with.
For example it may show 6 hours for painting a room that can easily be done in 3 hours.
