Native Make.com integration on the Pro plan

What we’re asking for
A native Handoff app in Make.com (like the existing Zapier integration), available on the Pro plan. At minimum:

• Action: Create a new lead/client in the CRM

• Action: Update a lead’s status or pipeline stage

• Trigger: New lead, new project, or proposal approved

If a full Make app isn’t on the roadmap, inbound webhooks on Pro would solve the same problem.

Why it matters
We’re a design-build remodeler on Pro, and our automations already run through Make: website forms, our cost estimator, call tracking, and calendar workflows. Right now, getting a lead from our website into Handoff means either upgrading to Scale for API access or adding a Zapier subscription just to bridge one step. Neither makes sense for a single connection.

Make is widely used by contractors and the marketers who support them, often because it’s more affordable than Zapier for multi-step workflows. A Make integration on Pro would let leads flow straight from our website into Handoff, so nothing gets missed and nobody retypes contact info.

Who else benefits
Any Pro customer whose website, forms, or marketing tools already run on Make, plus the agencies and consultants who set up those systems for contractors and recommend Handoff to them.
