Material records

It would be great if we could provide approvals to clients for materials.

So say I offer an asphault roof, I have all the color options available for the client to choose from, maybe even options that include a cost increase.

The client approves the color they want and now we have a stored record of their formal approval.

Then we also have a full record of materials for future reference. ie bedroom 1 wall paint color, living room hardwood stain color, etc.
