Link all communications to handoff

It would be ideal if we could still communicate through regular methods, text, email calls.

And handoff could still track all of those and keep them linked to the contact and the specific job.

That way if 6 months after a job, a customer has questions about anything, I can search in 1 spot for “sink” and see every communication related to their project regarding sink.

My experience in the past with other platforms is that using the app only for communication would be great, but most subs, vendors, and even clients are still going to communicate through text.

With AI’s transcribe ability, having every phone call transcribed would be fantastic.

During a major remodel, it is easy to have 100’s to over a thousand total communications with a client. When issues arise it can be a major task, days, to sort through all the communications to bring clarity to a client. This feature could reduce that to minutes.
