License and insurance tracking

It would be great to be able to store sub contractor licenses and insurance with their expirations.

And add automated reminders to be sent before they expire.

So we could dictate that 30 days before it expires, the system automatically sends an email or text letting the sub know it is expiring and we need an updated certificate.
