Let subs submit a daily log without requiring them to clock in and out

I pay my subs a flat rate — not by the hour — so requiring them to clock in and out before they can submit a daily log adds friction that does not apply to my workflow.

I would love the ability to require subs to complete a daily log without tying it to a clock-in/clock-out action. The extra steps slow them down for no reason when time tracking is not relevant to how I pay them.

    Hi, @Dylan Pressley - subs can already submit their daily logs through the portal without it being connected to time tracking.

    I am sending the feedback to our design team so we can make it more visible, but here is how they can do it, for now:

    1. When in the portal, click on the three dots on the header of their portal

    2. There, they will see the options to send an invoice or add a daily log

    3. If they click on daily log, they can submit their day's work without it being connected to time tracking.
