I pay my subs a flat rate — not by the hour — so requiring them to clock in and out before they can submit a daily log adds friction that does not apply to my workflow.
I would love the ability to require subs to complete a daily log without tying it to a clock-in/clock-out action. The extra steps slow them down for no reason when time tracking is not relevant to how I pay them.
