Let me type any address as my company address, without autocomplete

My business address and those of my colleagues don't show up in the google autocomplete. For instance, mine is a PO Box. I know my friend's is a UPS box. Or some businesses need to specify which Suite or Unit # their business is. The google autocomplete overwrites whatever we type in, which gets frustrating.
