Let me send full breakdown proposals, but with Labor Hrs and Labor Rates hidden

I like the idea of sending a full breakdown proposal with qty, rate, and item totals. But, i don't want to show my labor hours and my labor rates. That gives too much confidential info away. Let me hide these when showing a full breakdown.
