Let me issue refunds for online payments

There’s currently no method to issue a full refund or partial refund for an online payment made through Handoff. Refunds happen. Sometimes the scope is reduced, and we agree to refund partially. Sometimes, a duplicate charge can happen or a customer changes their mind entirely, and we’ll refund fully.
