Let me separate my estimate by area or room, instead of by trade.

I need to estimate multiple areas for the same project.

For example,
-I’m doing a kitchen and 3 bathrooms of different size.
- I’m doing the main house, the garage, and the in-law unit.
- I’m doing apt units A B C
- I’m doing buildings 1 2 3
- I’m doing Floors 4 5 6
- I’m doing Phase 1 2 3

And my owner needs me to separate the bid into these prices. I want to organize and present these areas in 1 proposal, such that I have the cost of each area known. This lets the homeowner decide which areas they want to proceed with.

Currently, Handoff will just mix together the quantities of the kitchen and bath tile, flooring, drywall, lighting, etc. It makes the estimate difficult to use.
