Let me fill in templated fields to create estimates, instead of freeform text

The freeform text entry is too unstructured. I may forget information to input. I’d rather have a simple list of fields where I fill in standard information about a project: Square Footage, finish level, dimensions, scopes, etc. It would be helpful to let me set up these inputs the way I like them, so I can provide the same info every time to get consistent outputs.
