Let me add % based line items to my Estimate.

I need to add items to my estimate that are % based. I don’t want to edit the markup to do this. I want to add an item in a group, set a % value for it, and have it calculate the % based on subtotal of the estimate.

For instance, a 3% line item for sales commission, a 10% line item for contingency, a 5% line item for supervision.
