Some clients don’t want to proceed, and they’ve made up their mind. Handoff used to let us do this. Let them decline the job. Bonus points if you let them add a note on why they’re declining.

When they do, they are asked to type a reason as to why, so you have clarity on what’s wrong. You are notified just like if they approve. Thanks!
