Let AI record my site visit's audio to Notes, then create an estimate

My 15 minute site visits are full of useful information and decisions with the client. I’m often taking these notes manually or just memorizing them. Then I have to re-type all the info into the AI.

It’d be a time saver to just record the audio, and have AI show me a summary of the scope of work from the meeting. I can then fine tune details, and have it make the estimate.
