Job Site Task Tracking & Daily Logs

I changed the Work Order template to a task list which is working well so far but I would like it to automatically post to the Daily Log when it’s marked completed - with a timestamp and user ID if it all possible.

Essentially I’m trying to find a way to ensure my guys update the log daily but I don’t want to slow them down and take 30 minutes of the day to get it done. There could even be a pop up option to add photos when the item is checked.
