Items need to be more clearly labeled as materials, labor, or both.

Sometimes the AI adds line items with unclear names-- it's hard to tell if it means just labor, just material, or both. For example, I had these items added:
"stain porch floor (SF)"
"paint bay window trim (SF)"

What is that line item for? Materials? And if it’s not materials where is the materials.
